Today I want to share my favorite healthy chocolate pudding recipe with a hidden avocado in it.😄 It’s a vegan no-bake recipe and you can prepare it with just 4 ingredients which you probably have on hand. Decadent and packed with healthy fats, it’s sure to become your new favorite dessert! I’m obsessed with the taste and the super creamy texture.🖤
I looove the taste of avocado and it’s very often in my breakfast menu. But in this pudding recipe you actually can’t even tell there’s avocado in it. So the ones who don’t like the taste of an avocado, no worries, the taste is absolutely hidden. But of course you get all the healthy benefits of it! Avocado is one of the most nutrient-dense foods which is considered as a superfood. Sooo, if you are craving a rich, creamy, choco dessert, this is the best healthy alternative with lots of vitamins, minerals and healthy fats! It is also a great option to share with kids. 🙂
Ingredients (2 servings):
• 1 ripe avocado
• 60 ml plant-based milk (I prefer unsweetened almond milk in this recipe)
• 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
• 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Scoop the flesh of the avocado into a blender, add in milk, cacao powder and honey, and blend until silky-smooth. Taste the pudding and add more honey if needed (or any other extra flavorings you like). You can serve it right away, but I like it cool. Put the pudding in an airtight container in the fridge to chill.
